GUARDRAIL ACCIDENT KILLS TWO BROTHERS
BRONX, NEW YORK (March 12, 2017) – Two brothers were killed after the car that they hit a guardrail and landed in a tree, according to NBC News.
Authorities have said that the vehicle involved in the crash was a white Mercedes Benz. The driver failed to navigate a turn in the road and the car appears to have vaulted over a guardrail.
The two brothers were from Yonkers. Police are continuing to investigate the crash. There may be liability on the part of the guardrail manufacturer if it malfunctioned during the crash.
Emergency medical workers rushed to the scene of the accident and came across the two brothers. It remains unclear what the weather conditions were like at the time of the accident.
Police will continue to investigate in order to determine liability.
